Customization and material
What can I customize?
You have the flexibility to customize several aspects of your order:

Color and design of the towel

How does the customization process work?
Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the process:

1. Begin with basic customizations, such as choosing the size of your towel, if you want it to be single or double printed, where the hang loop should be located and if you prefer a mesh or textile bag.

2. After, select a design template and follow the instructions.

3. Once you've chosen your design, make sure to look over it once again and proceed to check out.

If you don't want to place a large order right away, it is also possible to order a custom branded sample.
How can I be sure my products will be printed correctly?
Ensuring color accuracy is vital and we employ international color systems like PANTONE and CMYK to achieve this. If you use RGB colors instead of CMYK or PANTONE, we cannot guarantee color accuracy. We strongly advise ordering a sample first to confirm that everything meets your expectations. Additionally, certain customization options have color restrictions (e.g., hangloop, mesh bag), which will be communicated during the customization process.

If you’re still unsure if your product will be printed correctly, don’t worry, before mass production, we'll provide you a sample photo of your order that needs to be approved. Refunds are possible anytime before you confirm the sample photo.

Also please make sure to stick to the instructions given on our datasheet, which is included with the templates. Everything has to be vectorized and the colors have to be CMYK or PANTONE.
Can I see a sample of my custom towel before placing a large order?
Absolutely! We always recommend ordering a sample first to ensure your satisfaction. You can easily request a sample through our sample order page.
Do you offer assistance with designing my order?
No, we do not provide assistance with designing orders. However, we offer user-friendly design tools and templates to make the customization process easier for you. If you have questions or need clarification on the customization options, we are here to help via our contact page.
How is the quality of the microfiber material used?
The material composition includes 85% polyester and 15% polyamide. This ensures durability, softness, optimal absorption and fast drying, providing you with high-quality towels you can rely on.

The delivery time for orders typically ranges from 8 to 18 weeks, depending on the quantities and delivery option chosen. It's important to note that manufacturing and delivering customized products, especially in high quantities, takes time. Nonetheless, we are committed to ensuring your products arrive as promptly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the EU.
Are there discounts for bulk orders?

What is your return or refund policy?
Refunds are possible anytime BEFORE you confirm the sample photo, which will be sent to you to approve. As we specialize in selling fully customized products, we do not offer refunds or returns after your approval. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure your satisfaction with the product.
