What can I configure?
Together, we'll work step by step through your optimal
configuration based on: size, texture, single- or doublesided print, hang loop position, bag options, design,
quantity, and shipping options. For a quick overview, our
flyer is available to download.
Do you offer support with the design process?
Yes! We'll create a premium design for your company free of charge. Just send us an enquiry.
How can I be sure my products have the right colours?
For maximum colour accuracy, we work with the
international PANTONE and CMYK standards, so you can
expect very precise colour reproduction. After your order,
you'll always receive a final layout before production starts, which you need to confirm. Tip: for absolute certainty, we recommend ordering a physical sample before every bulk order. Just send us an enquiry.
Can I still change my design or configuration after ordering?
Yes, up until you approve the layout. Once you've approved
the layout, changes are no longer possible for production
reasons. Before that, you can make adjustments at any time.
Payment & Refunds
What payment options are available?
1. Prepayment (100%/0%) 2. Deposit with final invoice
(70%/30%) 3. Deposit with final invoice (50%/50%)
When can I start using deposit + final invoice?
After full payment of your first bulk order, the "deposit +
final invoice (70%/30%)" option becomes available. After
your second bulk order, the (50%/50%) option becomes
available.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You can cancel your order at any time before layout
approval by emailing us, and you'll receive a full refund of
any amount already paid. After layout approval,
cancellations are no longer possible due to production
reasons.

How does the ordering process work?

How long until my order arrives?
Production and delivery time for bulk orders is typically 6–
16 weeks, depending on quantity and shipping option.
Are your products available internationally?
Currently our products are available throughout the EU.
We're constantly working to expand our delivery zones
further.
Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer attractive volume discounts. Feel free to send
us an enquiry for more information.
Can I order multiple designs and sizes at once?
Of course! Just send us an enquiry.
Can I reorder a design I've already purchased?
Yes, no problem. Just send us an enquiry with the invoice
number of your previous order and your desired quantity,
and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I order a personalised sample of my towel in advance?
Yes. A physical sample is the best way to make sure the
final product exactly matches your expectations. Just send

Can I order several samples at once?
Yes. You can easily order different samples in different
variants together.

What's the quality of your towels like?
Our DrylanceTEX towels are made of 85% polyester and
15% polyamide. This material combination provides: high
durability, fast drying, compact storage, and low odour
build-up.
Are your towels environmentally friendly?
Yes. All products meet one of the highest OEKO-TEX
sustainability and health standards. They're made of 100%
recycled materials and are fully safe for human health.
